 John D. Knox

John Knox lives in New Castle County, and has been a Delaware Audubon member since 2004. He works in technical support at J. P. Morgan Chase bank. He says he reads two newspapers daily, and enjoys reading; gardening; community support; and anything computer related.

John's primary environmental concerns are: pollution, recycling efforts, and addressing enviornmental issues related to cancer in Delaware. He says his earliest nature interest was catching frogs, toads, and turtles as a child. "I just bought a new house in October 2003," John says, "and discovered that there are five Cardinals that live in a tree just beyond my back fence." That was his most satisfying birding moment.

His slogan is, " Hope for the best but prepare for the worst."
