1. This file may be used for personal listening, or with the Teacher Resource Guide as part of a school or organizational education program. All other uses are prohibited without the written consent of the composer, Scott Roewe, and the Delaware Audubon Society, Inc.

2. Any public performance of the "Piping Plover Suite" – either in whole or any part thereof – must be accompanied by an oral educational presentation about the plight of the Piping Plover. The oral presentation may be created by participants; or you may use an introduction supplied by Delaware Audubon.

3. Any printed materials used in connection with a public performance of the "Piping Plover Suite" (music transcripts, programs, public announcements, etc.) must give credit to the Delaware Audubon Society, Inc.
