Nicholas DiPasquale

Nick serves as Delaware Audubon's Conservation Chair. He is a former Secretary of the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), having served 3½ years as Secretary from April 1999 to September 2002.

Nick also has served as Director of the Environmental Management Center at the Brandywine Conservancy in Chadds Ford, PA, and as Deputy Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. He returned to Delaware in October 2004, and is a senior consultant for Duffield Associates, a geosciences consulting firm in Wilmington.

Nick is a founding member and president of the Kent County Conservancy, a member of the board of the GreenWatch Institute and the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary. Nick enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, and reading (about the environment). He has dedicated his life to protecting and conserving natural resources and ecosystems.
